Hub Combo: Type 1/1

While the Carson City coins are generally well liked, this is not a particularly difficult date and is the most common of the CC coins. These coins will likely trade at about a 30% discount to non-chopped examples.


Hub Combo: Type 1/2

The type two reverse is roughly eight times scarcer than the type one. There has not been a notable price difference between the two hub combos despite the difference in availability.



Variety: Very Wide CC

The 1875 Very Wide CC is the most difficult of the varieties and is THE stopper of the trade dollar varieties; there are fewer known examples than the 76-S DDO. There is currently one known chopmarked example.
